The scanned pages of the magazine are admittedly a bit small and hard to read. The obvious solution is to buy the magazine for a thousand yen and change back for a pickled plum.

Do the smart thing - buy a "rinko bag" as is common courtesy when you board trains with the bike. In a pinch, a big plastic garbage bag will suffice.
